The Quality of Your Health

A well known health fact that has been consistently proven is that the quality of your health is directly affected by the abundance or lack of certain factors. Some of these factors are simply:

Oxygen - Deep Breathing of Clean Fresh Air, Outdoor actvities

Fresh Water - Distilled or Purified Water in Proper Quantity

Fresh Food / Nutrition - Eat Fresh Fruits and Vegetables Daily, enzyme and water rich, nutritionally dense, fiber content

Exercise Program - Aerobic and Weight Resistance Programs

    Meditation - Quieting your mind

Sleep - Regular Deep and Uninterrupted Slumber Time

Love, Relationships - Loving and being loved

Passion - Joy in living every day! Creativity, Significance

As well as these facts are known, our society seems to be ignoring them for the most part. Are you doing anything about it? Simply by increasing our awareness, and incrementally improving our intake of oxygen, water, and fresh foods; by getting the proper amount of sleep and exercise in our days; and by living and loving each day as if it were our last; we could lengthen our lives and put more quality and energy into the last years we live.

No one can predict how long a lifespan we will have. There are other factors at work here; inherited genes, stresses, environmental conditions, accidents, etc., but the quality of our lives in our later years, is directly affected by our lifestyle choices we make when we are younger. Are you doing all you can to put more life into your years? A little change now could make a huge difference later.

If you are already applying these factors to the maximum in your life, then Congratulations! . . . If not, then it's time to start adding more of each daily, until you have optimum conditions for your life. Improve in any or all of these areas, and your chances of living a healthy, joyful, productive life will increase dramatically!

What one more thing can you do to improve your chances? Begin today, select one action you can take to start you on the road to better health and longer life. Ask yourself: What am I doing each day to make progress?

Remember that it is always prudent to check with your physician before you change any of your daily routines.
