Exercise For Your Life!

Let's Get Rid Of The Excuses First . . . and then we can move forward.

I'm too tired in the morning to exercise!

I haven't got the energy after a full day at work!

I haven't got time to run.

I haven't got the money for a home gym, or a Fitness club membership!

Etc., Etc., Etc., . . . .

BALONEY! We all have reasons why we do things and reasons why we do not do things. All of us have probably used one or all of these reasons at one time or another.

What we are really saying is that until now we haven't been able to motivate ourself to do what's necessary. We need a bigger reason to exercise regularly. Think of one, Focus on the benefits of regular exercise. Focus on how great you will feel when you have been exercising. Focus on how great it will feel when you have met the challenge and WON!

You don't have to have money to walk, or jog.

Exercise time takes only 20-30 minutes a workout, 3-4 times a week, (2 hours total) and there are 168 hours each week. The clearer thinking alone will create more productivity in the time left after exercise!

Exercise creates energy, so not having energy is one of the best reasons to maintain an exercise program that I know of!

Well . . . then let's get to it! With all of the proven benefits exercise gives us, let's give it the priority it deserves. First the benefits of a regular Exercise Program:

Overall energy, Better sleep, Improved Focus and mental clarity, Memory sharpness, Cleanse you inside, Muscle strength, Bone density, Joint flexibility, Self esteem, Life enjoyment, Effective metabolism , Strong immune system, . . . and so on.

Now for some of the conditions regular exercise, walking and proper nutrition can reduce:

Aching joints, shoulders, elbows, wrists, fingers, hips, knees, ankles from deposit buildups, Aching legs & muscles weakening, Sore back pain, Chronically Tired and Moody, Fat bumps, Headaches, neck tension, Get off some Medications, High blood pressure, High cholesterol, Fatty liver, Prostate problems, Sore lower stomach areas, Baggy eyes, Toxin storing fat, Tooth problems, Wrinkled skin, Mucous buildup and stuffiness, etc. . .

Convinced yet!! Studies have proven out the benefits of regular exercise time and time again. Just exercise alone, without changing dietary intake, will increase your chances for a long and fruitful life. So, set up an exercise program, if you haven't already, and start walking, jogging, weight training, or aerobic training, dancing, swimming, or whatever your favorite activity is.

Remember to check with your physician before you adopt any changes in your activity levels or nutritional intake.
