Disciplines to make a part of your day

Look at what more can be done to speed your progress to your goals. Where can I improve? What can I do more of? What can I do better? What I am doing is great, but is there something I can do differently? Regularly check in and measure your progress, focus, and positive attitude daily.

The mind can hold only one thought at a time. Control that thought!, make it a habit!

Practice Focus and State Management. Choose and plan activities. Manage distractions.

Count the blessings in each day! Gratitude!

Start working on friendships. Develop some solid friendships and get a mentor!

Associate with people who know more than I do, and, who are following their dream.

Associate with positive like minded people, seek them out, surround myself with them.

Make Public Commitments! Be accountable to a Mastermind group.

Planning - List the 6 most important things for me to do each day - and do them!

Finish each day’s work - each day! Work my plan hard. I created it, I chose it.

Write down and Go over my goals, internalize the why’s. Create the passion!

Intensify and Internalize my desire! Crank up the heat! Huge desires, Huge Results!

Write down all the reasons why I should be, do or have! Do this for every goal!

Document results, and plan the next week’s daily activities. Set rewards tasks and rewards.

Choose rewards that I am eligible for!

Set plans in motion to Double assets every 2 years for the next 10 years. Monitor efforts regularly.

Communicate to my spouse how important she is to me and to the whole scheme of things.

Take my spouse out at least once a month, a date night, something special. Concentrate. Be present whenever I am with her, really listen, focus on her.

Call my spouse at least once a day during work and get her flowers or cards regularly.

Read daily from planned books before going to sleep. Read 12 new books this year.

Listen to audio tapes or CD's while driving during the day, and while jogging.

Journal daily and do regular study exercises from books and tapes.

Take time for Meditation sessions every day, even if just for a few minutes to recenter.

Sit in my rocking chair visualizing twice a week.

Choose one Positive Habit at a time that I want, install it within 30 days, start with healthy eating habit. This habit will stand me well over time! (Benjamin Franklin Method)

WORK ON THESE EVERY DAY! Breakdown each into 5 action steps, break down each of those into 5 more steps, and continue until you come up with an action which you can take right away to start in the direction of your goal.

Long term goals break down into simple daily actions, which when taken, develop into habits, which automatically take you into the direction of your goals, and, guarantee your goals’ accomplishment. Break down to the ridiculously simple.
