Goals Work – Are Your Habits Helping You Succeed?

I was again reminded today of how our habits can make or break us in our goals journey. I came across a quote that I read,  wrote down and saved at a time when I had really needed to change a few habits.

I had developed some that were to say the least not very constructive or empowering. I thought that I could share this quote with you even though I never knew who had originally written it.

I hope you keep it in mind when you start developing any habit. Ask yourself this, “Is this bringing me closer to my goals, or further away?” Anyway, Here it is:

“I am your constant companion. I am your greatest helper or heaviest burden. I will push you onward and upward, or drag you down to failure. I am completely at your command.

You wouldn’t believe how many people do actually suffer from days like this because they haven’t yet wrote their goals down and set out a plan of action and time deadlined them properly.
